Marriages are considered to be a journey in life and journeys are made of paths. So why not consider having a destination wedding?
A collaborative wedding project means giving high importance to what bride and groom bring to meetings and requires a special attention from the designers team. It’s a bigger challenge when it’s projected at a distance.
Albert and Olesya were from Russia and wanted to get married in Dubai. They had it clear that their style was classic and sophisticated. So Burj Al Arab was offered as a perfect venue and we decided with them to use blue, golden and white to compose their decoration palette.
Olesya, the bride, gave the remarkable idea of using peacock feathers on the menu to compose the table set up and give a luxurious touch. The guests were also amazed by the souvenirs, which were completely unusual for Russians. Saffron is an Iranian spice commonly used in Arabic region and represents sophistication and nobility. The glass containers looked like Burj Al Arab architecture and were decorated by our team with a velvet blue lace.

The contrast between contemporary and rustic defines this wedding which had Burj Khalifa as a view and was surrounded by the tall buildings of Dubai city center.
